Approach
Font, layout, and color were chosen to stay quiet. A reflection book works when the design holds space for the participant's own thoughts, so the pages lean on restrained typography, soft color, and generous margins rather than decoration.
Outcome
Participants finished the week with a printed record of their service, and the organization gained a repeatable format it can bring back for future trips.
